The Plays published in this book were performed mostly in Jakarta since 2000, except The King's Witch which was first staged as a chamber opera at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, in 2000, New York. Later, in 2006, it was produced with dances at Graha Bakti Budaya Theater Jakarta.
